Terrible service

Terrible service from a big company. I waited on the phone for over 30 min with regard to my pick up. I was promised it will be picked up before 5. It's now a week and my order still hasn't been picked. I tried phoning and for over an hour no response. Extremely terrible. I'd suggest using courier guy.. Excellent service and delivery time.
