Terrible Service

My husband accepted a new contract with Elite Mobile. We immediately cancelled the contract as it was a very bad deal and phone that was given to him. However the phone was still delivered 4 days later. We contacted them the next day and arranged for the phone to be collected. We were told to wait between 7 and 14 working days. We are now on day 20 and we are still waiting for RAM to collect the phone. I contacted RAM 4 times already and everytime I get told which driver and which vehicle will collect but they just disappear into thin air as they never arrive to collect the phone. This is the worst service I have ever experienced between Elite Mobile as well as RAM.
