Terrible Service

Phoned me at 12:30pm to find out if I am available at my given delivery time. Waited until 06:05pm for them to phone and say they are there, after which I wasn't anymore. Phoned the call center - the operators promise to let you know or phone back but never do. At least one of the three operators where friendly and not rude.
