Terrible Service

Absolutely pathetic service. Despite being given all the necessary contact details, they failed to deliver the parcel due to some how not having my phone number. I then provided my number that same day again. The next day I spoke to 3 different people to try and confirm all was in order each confirmed that it was on track, the driver had been given my details and the parcel would be delivered. Still no parcel... so I check the tracking site. and get this: Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - ##/##/## as per courier parcel was left behind at the HUB as they did not have full details for client....

So not one of those three people could see on their system that the parcel was in fact not even out for delivery?

It is not my responsibility to make sure an important parcel is delivered when it should be. Having to run around, 1 hour+ of phone calls and countless emails is not productive to my time. I will never recommend RAM ever again.
