Terrible Service
<p>I was scheduled to receive a delivery from YOCO today, I waited at the delivery address all day and pushed out multiple customers. Only to be informed at the end of the day, by YOCO, after placing numerous unanswered calls that the driver was here and that there was no one to accept the delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>Neither the driver nor RAM tried to make contact. Moreover, their departments are unreachable and when you do contact them and someone picks up, all they say is "thank you for calling the # department, please hold" then they send you back to the IVR?</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever! Don't bother with this company.</p>

As per our telephonic conversation we at RAM do need a tracking reference number in order to assist you with tracing your parcel. You have advised that YOCO has not supp**** this to you, and I have informed that we do need this to be able to assist and have the parcel delivered to you.
Please could you supply RAM with the tracking reference number so that we may assist in having your parcel delivered to you.
