Terrible Service

<p>Service is terrible!!!! I had 2 deliveries - one in Kempton Park and one in Cape Town. After phoning 3 times to rectify the address in Kempton Park which was wrong on the SMS's RAM send me, the parcel was still not delivered there. Then RAM blames the company who I bought the goods from. The parcel was sent to Cape Town instead of Kempton Park, due to the wrong address. So I waited the whole day for delivery, which also did not happen, because according to the driver, no one was home. I never left my home!! You get a time between 08:00 and 17:00 for delivery, sit at home the whole time to be able to receive the parcel, and the delivery did not happen. Not the parcel for Kempton Park of the parcel for Cape Town. Why did the driver not phone me if he thought I was not home?? </p>
