Terrible Service

<p> I was told my parcel would be here on Monday. When I called on Monday to find out what time they will be here I was told I would get it on Tuesday. I informed them that the parcel was urgent and I was told Monday. Same old words..''Sorry, I will ask the manager and call you back"...still waiting for call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called back and was told my parcel was in for queries...I asked to collect and was told no. So now my urgent parcel is delayed till tomorrow. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for nothing. I will never use this company again. </p>
