Terrible service

<p>I bought a phone from cell c, which was then supposed to be delivered by Ram Hand to hand couriers, in the morning i got a call asking me if i will be at my address, i told them no, then an hour later i got an sms to say my poackage will be delivered that day and i must make sure that i am at the address, i then went out of my way to cancel my morning appointments so i can wait for the delivery, but then at 12 i get a call to say that my parcel was sent to an incorrect address, at this point i was fairly fustrated but i still asked them to ensure that they redirect to the correct address, I was told that is not possible. at this point am thinking to myself what about all the time i sat here and wait for you guys, then i decide to call the customer care division, at which point the agent told me to wait for 30 minutes and she will ensure that my parcel is delivered , i waited and 50 minutes later there was no delivery , i proceeded to call them again, at which point i was told told that my querry is being attended to , and i will be called back after 5 minutes, need i say that they never called . then i decided to attend to my afternoon appointments, at around 4 pm , i get an sms saying that they could not deliver , and then the following day i have to reshuffle my day to suit them again . why do you even have a customer care centre which cant take care of the client. the service i received from this service provider was terrible!!!</p>
