Terrible RAM services

RAM had to deliver a package from Vodacom to myself. What a terrible experience. Firstly, nobody communicates that you have to provide a copy of your ID and that only you can accept the parcel. So when they came the first day to deliver the package, I had requested my fiance to receive the parcel on my behalf as I work in Jhb but stay in Pta. They were so rude and unprofessional towards him and refused to provide the parcel. The next day I tried to arrange a time to meet them as I have to drive from Jhb to Pta to receive the parcel, however they are not able to give you a time or any estimate of what time of the day they will be in your area. When they phoned to deliver the package I was in a meeting and missed it. I requested that they deliver it around 12 so I could fetch it during lunch. The Agency indicated they would phone the driver to ask if this is possible and get back to me. Nobody got back to me, so I phoned twice at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM to find out if I should drive to PTA to fetch the package. I did not receive a response. Then at 13:00 PM they phone me to ask where I am because they are waiting. I let them know that I will drive home to fetch it. I drove all the way from Jhb to Pta just to find that they left. I then phoned again and the Agency indicated they will come back to deliver the parcel. After 20 minutes of waiting I left.

The Agency and driver is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I will definitely insist that all my service providers deliver any packages via ANY other courier company.
