Terrible processes
I shopped online from Bash, when I track my parcel, I am told that it arrived i Pietermaritzburg yesterday, but will only be delivered to my physical address tomorrow. I am very confused as to why can't they deliver the items today because it is already within the City in which in reside in. I even offered to collect the items myself but was unsuccessful. They can't meet me half way.

We do not allow collections from our hub for security reasons , parcel was collected on Monday on economy service with is a 3-5 business days service we will dispatch your parcel tomorrow latest
