Terrible, Outdated Service!!

I do not know why any company or anyone still put their trust on RAM to deliver parcels with their terribly outdated courier service. They generally take long to deliver parcels outside Gauteng compared to other courier companies and they generally have bad attitude. I called and asked that they either communicate with the driver or they give me his/her number to see where he could be so I can collect my parcel from wherever he is as it is urgent, I actually expected it the previous day and they refused telling me that they have rules which are clearly outdated. Despite trying to explain how urgent it was, my words fell on deaf ears! I was told that the driver has between 8am - 5pm to deliver parcels...what nonsense is this? what purpose does it serve when I need it earlier than that? What value does their service add in this case? This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of service from RAM and I would encourage companies to use other courier companies that are more efficient because what matters to me as a customer is the speed first and then the condition at which I receive my parcel from a courier company. I am saying this because it is possible, I regularly experience the service of other courier companies and I am extremely happy with the way they prioritize all of their clients despite where you live.

I am beyond angry with this service and I will ensure that in future, I specifically indicate that my parcel can be delivered by any other courier company but not arrogant RAM and their outdated services!!

I see they not care to respond to people's complaints as well, but for some strange reason, big companies still rely on them to deliver good service, which is not the case?
