Terrible experience, for the second time!!!
I've been waiting for my parcel since March. There has been no movement on their tracking site since the 26th of March. I'm experiencing this for the second time with, at first the lost my parcel and they're doing it again. Our items are valuable in these parcels and not getting communication on where they are is draining. This is so annoying!!!!!

13 Apr 2024, 15:33Still haven't received my parcel. They claim they there was a change of address (it was recorded incorrectly because on Steve Madden website, I clearly stipulated my contact details and address). Yesterday thy called me to rectify that but still on today's attempted delivery they're using the wrong address. My address is in Elliot, code 5460, not Mtata. Almost a month of waiting for my parcel is making me panick. They once lost a dress I purchased from YDE, what makes me to panick now is that there are 2 items in this parcel. Ram Couriers, pls attend to this.
