Terrible Experience

Terrible experience.

I had a package which was suppose to be delivered on Friday before 5 pm. I was Unavailable after that and the package would have been delivered after that, and the delay was postponed to Monday. Now, I live in a small rural town, meaning the Rams cars passing through here today all come from the same departure spot for their routes. On Monday, I was passed by a speeding Ram bakkie, and no package was delivered. Only received an email Monday evening stating a failed delivery attempt. Tuesday, the same, and so it continues onwards. NO Customer service when you attempt to contact them. I do not know why big companies like TFG & Vodacom are still making use of them.
