TERRIBLE DELIVERY SYSTEM!

I have waited for my parcel to arrive for 2 days now, may not sound like a lot but I'm always the one making calls and following up on my package. Their tracker system states that they can't deliver due to the wrong address or because they can't get a hold of my contact number. I CALLED 5 TIMES to confirm my number and address yet my parcel still hasn't been delivered. I may even have to wait a further 2 days until Monday to maybe get my parcel. Very disappointing service. Lovely sales consultants though, very terrible delivery system.
