Terrible Delivery Service

What a terrible service provider!!!! I order a simcard with Rain, and Ram was used as their delivery agent. The package left Johannesburg on 12 Jan, then to Witbank. I am in Mokopane. From Witbank it went back to Johannesburg. I called the call centre and said that the address was incorrect, which is weird as I double checked my address regarding delivery address. The package arrived on Friday morning at the Polokwane depot. I called RAM and they said delivery will be on monday. Now, Tuesday 19 January, still no package. I managed to get hold of Vincent at the Polokwane Depot and asked him where my package is, and he said he does not know he must find out with the driver???? The online support is just as useless as a "Roxy" will come online, ask what is wrong, I will explain and then she disappears....
