Terrible Delivery Service and NO Customer Care
Extremely unhappy with the service received from RAM. I had been expecting a parcel from Standard Bank. Arrangements were made for the specific time for delivery however, the deliver staff does not adhere to the arrangements and delivery is done as per their availability. I have not as yet received my parcel. It would be appreciated if a member of RAM Management contacts me urgently to rectify this situation and make good for this inconvenience.
