Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service ******* actually. They sent emails confirming delivery will be done by 17:00pm and then twice they apparently attempt to delivered after the specified time. What the heck. Do you think we must sit and wait for deliveries to arrive at our work places indefinitely? No communication.....nothing. I want my parcel Ram.
