Terrible delivery service

Ram couriers is very unprofessional. If the driver cannot find your building he just leaves and this makes us reschedule the delivery which further delays the process to another week. They state that my address is wrong, however on their booking document it is compulsory to add a company name or you cannot submit the page. I have called the customer service many times with no effort in getting assistance. I requested the manager calls me back because he is never available but I have still not received a call. My husband has even requested to pick up the parcel from ram couriers and they state we cannot. Terrible service I will never suggest them to any one.
