TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Extremely disappointing service.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday (28/04/26), due to a family emergency no one was present at the address. The RAM driver calls and says his infront. I explained that no one is there, and asked if he could leave it by the neighbour, he first bluntly says no then says there's no one in the road, so I have to call the neighbour. I explained that I do not have the neighbour's number. He says well then I'll get the package tomorrow then. I said no one will be present tomorrow as well. I asked if he can drop it at an alternative address in the same vicinity like 5 mins away? He still says no. I asked can he drop it at my work as my work isn't too far from the given address, he says I must explain. Now this doesn't even make sense, because I've given other alternatives that are easier, and you said no and now I must explain where my work is, as if theres no GPS in the world. Anyway, while Im trying to explain the driver laughs and say I must explain. I say but Im trying to explain and you laughing like im making a joke. He listens to me explain rhen throws the phone down. This was such a frustrating experience. Then no notification of what happened to my package after that. I call the call center and they tell me its their policy to not leave the parcel elsewhere besides the given address.

How can your policy be so ****, what about when life happens or emergencies arise, then you should now be penalized or ill-treated by drivers because you arent present. Thats a BS policy.

Now I get a notification today ( 29/04/2026), saying my package is out for delivery, to the address that I told that stupid driver no one will be present today either.

So they just dont care and do their own thing. So I will probably sit with the same problem today again.
