Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Times

Ordered an item 21 April 2020. Delivery was scheduled between 22 and 24 April.

It is the 29th now and still no delivery. I contacted RAM on 24 April asking when this will be delivered. They said it will be delivered on Tuesday 28 April. Tuesday came and still no parcel. I contacted them on Tuesday and they said my area is only serviced on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Today is Wednesday 29th and still no parcel. They have now told me my area is only serviced on Thursday (which if true should have been delivered last Thursday).
