Terrible Customer Service

***********, unreliable and poor service. I received an sms at 12.30 today informing me that my parcel is on its way for delivery at my work address. After 3 hours I contacted RAM and they try to locate the driver only to be told that his phone is busy. it is now more than 5 hours since they promise that they are on their way to deliver my parcel. The worst part of it the contact number on their sms doesn't exist. I had to google the number in order to be able to get through to them and I had to wait long waiting for the available agent to assist. Their live chat facility is useless, it shows that they are online but no one responds to your chat. it makes me wonder if these big companies that are using this useless RAM company realise what kind of a bad service do they render to their customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone, they don't care about the kind of a service they render.
