Terrible customer service

My phone was supposed to be delivered from vodacom and without even calling or keeping to the date the sms says tbey delivering the pgone was sent back to vodacom. The second time vodacom sent the phone I requested it be delivered to my office, two days in a row i received messages that the phone is out for delivery but it never came during office hours. When i went to track the phone it says unsuccessful delivery at after 7pm. Really, no phone call no delivery attempt but lies. Whi sits in an office waiting for the package at 7pm when we finish at 3. The company is impossible to get a hold of and even email queries and complaints are not attended to. Pathetic *********** company. I actually am considering cancelling my contract im so upset that vodacom used such a **** delivery company.
