Terrible customer service

Your service is very unprofessional.

I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. But then I received an email that the parcel could not be delivered because of my address. Other suppliers have never had a problem finding my place. No one even tried to call me. Yet on the tracking system it says I was contacted. Why lie? I was home the whole day waiting for my parcel. No one called.

You already had my correct address and cellphone number yet you chose not to come deliver or call me.

You honestly don't care about your customers. The calls don't go through and the emails aren't responded to.

I emailed your Courier Support Agent Zanele Moropo, and she didn't respond to my email and didn't bother to contact me. Parcel number is CUMI07-***7. Please do right by your customers.
