Terrible customer service
RAM courier, has the most pathetic customer service I've ever come across. They've been failing to deliver my parcel from the British coucil for over 5 weeks now. They have sent me smses and never called or communicated. I've tracked my parcel countless times and I've been appalled by the lies they documented concerning the status of my parcel. I have sent them e-mails asking why they haven't delivered my parcel and let alone just call me to inform me of what is happening, all to no avail. I still haven't received my parcel and I don't know if I will ever get it. I'm so displeased and so disgusted and so frusted with their service.
