Terrible customer service
I am most unhappy with the poor service received from RAM with the delivery of my device ordered from Vodacom. Despite 3 calls to their call Centre this week I kept being assured by their agents that my order would be delivered the next day. Yet today I discover again that the item was not dispatched due to internal admin issues and non action on RAM’s part.
I have effectively lost a week due to this terrible customer service during the holiday season.
Unacceptable from such a well known courier provider.
