TERRIBLE COURIER SERVICE FROM RAM
I had a submission at NWU for the 3rd of March and paid for same day delivery for the 2nd of March. My parcel was delivered late.

The parcel was indeed delivered late compared to the service you had selected.
We know this does not solve the problem, but should we request that the accounts department give you a refund and charge you for the actual service that was provided?
