Terrible courier company and drivers !!!

I am surprised of the service I am receiving from ram. These people are time wasters and ****s! My parcel was out for delivery late in the morning and when I called in the consultant had a terrible attitude. Then when I called to confirm in the afternoon the agent told me that they will deliver today. I stay in the umhlanga area and I put everything aside for them to wait for my parcel but they never pitched up yet. If my parcel is not received by 5pm I want a manager to attend to this delivery asap else I'll make this a legal matter!!
