Terrible!
Absolutely terrible service.
I received a sms yesterday confirming my parcel is out for delivery. No delivery was made and no calls or anything to say why.
Today I received the same sms, and when I called at 13h50, no ETA could be given and they told me the driver will contact me. At 15h15 I called again, due to no response and I was informed the driver will call me. The delivery address is my work address and we close at 16h30. It is currently 16h10, and still no call from the driver.
Tried complaining online, The portal does not work. Did the online chat and was once again told they will contact me. No contact has been made since.
I do not understand why the package of the previous day, was not delivered first but kept until the last delivery of the second day.
Absolutely ridiculous.
