Terrible attitudes from Ram

I received a sms yesterday at 8am my parcel is out for delivery the driver calls me almost at 5pm after me waiting the entire day and says he will be here in 5 min he arrives and ask for my poa I then tell him I was not aware he says print it I will be now back I rush to print it call him he doesn’t take my calls the office calls and says he left he won’t come back only the next day I get assured they will call a hour before he arrives again he calls 2 min before he arrives again at around 5pm making me wait all day he tells me my poa is expired gives me an attitude for the second time and leaves I call the company and get told no one can help it’s a Friday this is pathetic and their attitude stinks
