Terrible and unaccptable service from RAM COURIERS

I've been told my package will be delivered on the 10th of DEC from Digital planet using RAM Couriers. I bought this from FNB Product shop. Every day I phone digital planet they say the order is out by RAM and they will deliver that day. Last attempt was yesterday 17 Dec where I see on the tracking they say business is closed??? This office park doesnt close by the way. Why do I get my orders from OneDayOnly who is using fastcouriers 2 days after I've placed my order but RAM cant deliver in 3 weeks??? I even got a delivery from Onedayonly yesterday, the same day RAM said business is closed??????? I'm now trying to cancel my order with FNB and they are telling me I cant, because my package is with RAM Couriers????????
