Terrible and *********** service

If I could give it a zero star rating, I would. I received a call in the morning saying that they’re at the gate, instead they went to the wrong adress. I gave the delivery guy my address and called him to confirm. He confirmed that he is on his way, he is currently in Oliven. I cancel all my plans and stay at home, waiting on him, only for him not to pitch. When I look at my tracking status, it says he attempted to but failed, which he didn’t. I called the same guy-SIX TIMES, wanting to understamd where my package could be and lo and behold, he doesn’t answer the phone. Now I’m leaving tomorrow, which means I won’t be able to recieve my package AT ALL. Companies should stop using this courier company. It’s the worst and the service is just terrible
