TERRABLE SERVICE
Paid for a same day delivery. The parcel was not collected because "cut of time for collection is 10:00". called the following morning to follow up on the collection and the parcel was still not collected around 14:00. Call centre Agents never put you through any Manger they just keep cutting the phone
