TEMPERING WITH GOODS

I now understand that as a small e-commerce / small business, we are not rated and taken seriously, how in the hell would every consignment be opened before it reaches its destination, i sent a parcel and have used your courier for some time, but you keep tempering with my goods to my clients, i can't send a new item which i haven't even opened myself and you delver a second hand item, what kind of nonsense is that? worse you don't even acknowledge and take responsibility of your actions, please do better to us small businesses. you clearly don't have solutions and confidence for my business
