Tebogo from RAM couriers, one of the best call center reps iv ever delt with! (works in the sales department, he really deserves a good insentive for the great work he does)

Probably the most prompt and professional sales person in the department , i have spoke to 3 different call center reps and non of them are half as good as Tebogo.

I called in and informed him on the situation within 10 min he called the branch responsible, informed the supervising manager of the situation and made a plan to get the package delivered, he understood the frustration on my end and actually showed empathy (something that non of the other call center agent do at all).

i really appreciate the service you have provided Tebogo and from a customers perspective it really shines a good light on RAM as a company.

if any ram managers read this, these are the type of employee's you need. People that actually try to assist the client not people that brush the work off so they have less to do.

I have not yet received my product, and this review is not on the receiving of the parcel, its for the brilliant service that one Mr Tebogo provided. hopefully my parcel comes soon many thanks to Tebogo for helping out!!!!!!!!
