Teach your delivery staff manners and professionalsm

I literally signed up to hellopeter so that I can write this review. I was expecting a Rain simcard I ordered. I encountered the most rudest unprofessional delivery guy ever! He came to my place hooted for a minute whilst I wast still getting my mask and getting ready to go out side they left I called them they came back the guy was so rude telling me that he was waiting for me when I gave him my ID and Proof of Residence which was on the phone he refused to take it and said he wanted a print out. I don't know how he's expecting me to have such when I am at home... Then he tells me he's giving me until the afternoon to go get the print out he did not ask me when will I be able to get it. And as far as I can remember a month before I had received a sim card and the guy scanned all my documents from the phone. This left a sour taste in my mouth wont ever use them and definitely won't recommend them to anyone.
