Tarnishing employers reputation with stupid behaviour.

I am expecting an urgent delivery which was despatched with RAM for delivery, my order is delayed I received no communication for the company for parcel tracking and progress of the delivery which I expected to be delivered today. Mr Emmanuel Dumisane Ndlanyamandla was the delivery man assigned to my parcel. I missed a single call from a number an unknown number about an hour late when I try to return the call this barbaric idiot with no cellphone etiquette, 2ho does not respect his job hung up in my ear after claiming he was at my gate and hooted several times and called several time my partner and gardener have been outside the whole day and no car stopped at our gate. I am disappointed in the service and would like this guy to be dealt with accordingly because I do imagine there are processes that are followed when it comes to handling or parcels and and clients. I do expect feedback on how he was dealt with if not I will be sure to take this up further.
