Taking incompetence to an art level. Why bother using them unless you are happy to receive your articles about 5 days later.

I placed an order with Clicks on the Wednesday the 22nd September. According to the tracking information it was delivered to the couriers at 08:48 on the 23rd. That implies that the items should have been delivered by any competent courier company on that same day or by the next day at the latest. However I have just been informed by Clicks that Ram do not deliver on a public holiday or over the weekend so that would mean I can only expect delivery on Monday the 27th. That would mean it would take Ram 5 days to deliver a basic small parcel. Clicks why do you bother using them, I haven't a clue why I would ask Clicks to deliver anything in future. I did try to contact Ram, however the first time I tried I received a voice message saying " there is no one to take your call at the moment" and the second time after waiting over 10 minutes I put the phone down.
