Super service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa in the customer service department in Cape Town. She was on the ball, friendly, professional, and just plain amazing. When given the information about a problem received from their client, she had an solution planned and an answer ready when she was called back at the time she asked to be contacted again. The delivery took place in the very last minute of the timeframe she gave. <br> <br> I would look forward to dealing with RAM again if all their staff were as friendly and helpful as Lisa
