Such a disappointment

So RAM is trying to tell me that they take parcel out for delivery when they aren't even clear about the address, why take the parcel out for delivery in the first place if the address is unclear when you took the parcel out where did you say you going to deliver it if the address was incomplete, and if you noticed this all the way why only call at 17:30 to talk about the address when your website clearly says your delivery times are from 08:00-17:00, your strategies of getting away with incompetence is really that obvious, i am so disappointed in you guys you made me stand in a cold rain yesterday hoping to receive your call after you called my mom and said that you were in Johannesburg, my mom gave out my numbers but i never received any call and never saw any ram car outside as i was outside the building i waited two weeks for this parcel and i am still waiting for you guys to deliver soon enough it will be Friday and i will have to wait another weekend for you guys to make me suffer yet another week of delays guys it's enough now.
