Substandard and unsatisfactory

I placed an order online with Foschini on 26/11/2020. According to RAM's website, this parcel was collected on 30/11/2020 and ever since with RAM. Forget trying to get through to RAM's call centre on ***! You are simply requested to send a mail to *** and "someone will call you back within the next hour". Nonsense!!! 4 Hours later... and still waiting. My holiday wasted waiting at home for half the family's Christmas gifts - which will not arrive any day soon thanks to RAM's utterly HORRIBLE service.
