Stupid ****ers

Called your customer care twice, and spoke to the chat agents on the website and none of the stupid ****ers could help...my delivery was supposed to deliver to as i recieved the sms but no communication whatsoever....intead i was told that the driver was called and the delivery was supposed to take place between 3-4pm and that never ****en happened...Rain should honestly stop using you guys coz your customer care is pathetic
