Stupid

Absolutely *********** While booking a consignment online, the digital system adds the delivery address to the collection address, and then tries collecting from an invalid place. When I call to correct their digital error, they assure me they will pass the correct details to the delivery agent. It has been 4times now , 3 different agents all tried to collect from the same invalid address , this AFTER my call, giving them the correct address and time. How *********** can one company be? This is highly frustrating. To be dealing with uneducated people who cannot follow a simple instruction. At the end of my phone call I had specifically requested an enquiry into their online /digital service providers to correct the errors that ensue when booking new collections! But even still that message was not heard! I would recommend to everyone never to use such a stupid company ever again! Rather pay for competency!than the cheap price of idiocy!
