Stuk *** RAM couriers

Useless idiots! Rock up at my house to deliver my parcel, I don't receive a call or hear my doorbell, but they were at my home, when someone went out to stop them from driving away, they don't even stop, I got phoned by the customer service and I was told they will be coming back but they never did! Whenever I phone RAM East London and the customer service, I get left on hold and no one answers after 3 minutes of waiting!!!!!!!
