Straight up incompetence
I've beeeeen waiting for my package. I noticed while tracking my package that the wrong delivery address was recorded I called to rectify it and they assured me that my package would be delivered on the 28th.
Yesterday I got a call saying that they were in polokwane ready to deliver my package. I live In Pretoria East so this means they didn't even bother to change the address even though I called. Fast Forward I'm still waiting for my package no phone call, NOTHING!
