Stop lying when you fail to deliver.
I am not happy with Ram. My parcel was handed to them on Thursday the 3rd of April. I understood that a public holiday followed thereafter.. But guess what.. Today at 7:20am it was out for delivery.. Only to receive an email saying delivery attempt failed. I did not receive a call from them at all for them to claim such. It is a matter of urgency and this is the kind of service i get
