Stinking service

I am very annoyed and disgusted at the terrible service from RAM! (that's still putting it mild).

After making arrangements for my parcel to be dropped off on a specific day and time, this was still not done. After loosing money to be on time to receive my package, and loosing out on a days work, i am still waiting on my package... What's the point of making an arrangement???

Wasting my Airtime having to call after RAM to find out what's happening, call Centre operators can't give me a solution or proper answer!!! I was told I would receive a call from a manager, here I am still waiting! This is the worst courier service I have ever come across... I would never ever do business with this company again, and I would make damn sure that everyone I know doesn't either.

Just get my package to me so that I can move on!
