Still waiting for urgent parcell still in warehouse not been out for delivery

I have been calling 3 times and holding for more than 10min to 20 min and every time there is a dffereny story. this has been the worst Courier COmpany i ever delt with and been receiving no help. My pacell is still in the warehouse and this is a urgent parcel. i feel hopeless.
