Still waiting for delivery

I had a upgrade at Vodacom and they use Ram couriers. It started off very good. The courier representatives contacted me to confirm delivery and the address and there the experience went sour. The courier is not authorized to change the address or deliver the package to me where I am. The Vodacom agent that processed the upgrade told me to just change the address with the delivery guy. Apparently not. Well the order was done on Friday 16 Oct and today was D-day. I changed my plans for the day to be available to receive the package today. No show. Even after calling the customer centre twice during the day where the agent confirmed that they will deliver today 21 Oct.
