Still waiting

I bought an item from OldKhaki during the lockdown. I then received a message from Ram to inform me that they will deliver my parcel on a particular day. On the day I received a call which I answered twice and the person didn't respond. Tried to call back the number and there was no response. A few hours later I then get an email and sms from Ram that my delivery was unsuccessful because of the wrong address on the waybill and I didn't answer my phone. I responded to the email and specified my address and also gave an alternative number for them to call me. I have also since tried to get through their customer service number which just rings and gets dropped.
