Still No Package After Multiple Promises

Im here again, complaining again,I still have not received my package and I am being told multiple stories that dont make sense, I have lost 2 days worth of pay because of this.

Can I please have my parcel delivered today, if not then please keep it coz this is really pathetic at this point

I called your customer care line yesterday, stated that it'll be delivered today, I call today and I am told its not out for delivery

You guys are the worst, I will never recommend you, I am going to X and will be laying another complaint
